In identity work, we observe the different parts of yourself, to make sure that if they should be working in unison, they can be integrated which in turn will give you the freedom you need in order to achieve your goals. A good example of this is someone who, perhaps due to a strong external influence has taken a path in life which does not really feel good. One identity would show this part of the person, but another identity might show the supressed part. Integrating elements of one with bits of the other will enable you to work towards your own harmonious future. When you see your reflection, you will instinctively know whether there are parts of your identity that should be integrated in order for you to make positive changes.

Photosensitive seizure warning

A small number of people may experience a seizure when exposed to certain visual images, including flashing lights or patterns that may appear in the program. Even people who have no history of seizures or epilepsy may have an undiagnosed condition that can cause these “photosensitive epileptic seizures” while watching. These seizures may manifest in any or all of the following symptoms: light headedness, altered vision, eye / face twitching, jerking / shaking of limbs, disorientation, confusion / momentary loss of awareness. Seizures may also cause loss of consciousness or convulsions that can lead to injury from falling. If you experience any symptoms immediately stop the program and consult a physician.
The risk of photosensitive epileptic seizures may be reduced by watching the program in a well-lit room and not watching the program if you are feeling drowsy.
